You first need to click the spring E fittings into the series E logistic track where they’ll retain a strong and supportive hold on the anchor points. Then you ratchet the 16 feet of blue treated polyester webbing as you normally would until proper tension is reached. Our innovative ratchet buckle will tighten to no more than 300 pounds of tension.
