Storable Double L Track 7-Millimeter X-Treme Zinc Sliding Web Winch

Ancra's storable double L track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch features light weight, heat-treated steel, high rust and corrosion resistance, and increased space behind the mandrel for reducing web wear. The high-quality build includes a forged steel frame with high-strength alloy pawl pins and a seamless, solid steel mandrel, which has smooth ground web slots for preventing abrasion on the webbing. The steel is further enhanced with heat-treating, which increases the strength while the 7-mm. design helps to reduce the average weight per winch by 2 lbs. This improvement can help improve fuel economy and/or allow for greater payload. For the best protection against rust and corrosion, Ancra’s X-Treme Zinc finish has been applied to the sliding winch to withstand up to 720 hours of harsh sodium chloride, calcium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate testing cycles. During testing, the X-Treme Zinc finish produced a mere 1% of rust across the entire winch while the black powder coat produced five times as much, the black e-coat ten times as much, and the zinc plating sixty times as much.

The storable double L track 7-mm. X-Treme Zinc sliding web winch can be easily installed at any position along either side of a flatbed trailer frame with Ancra L track for easy access. The winch locks into place on the track as soon as tension is applied to the webbing. With a working load limit of 5,500 lbs., storable design, and X-Treme Zinc finish, the sliding web winch makes for a versatile and durable solution for tying down heavy-duty cargo.
