Ancra’s tension limiting ratchet assembly series E heavy-duty buckle strap with spring E fittings is specifically designed to prevent the user from over tensioning the tie-down strap. An over-tensioned strap can cause serious damage to the cargo as the pressure could end up crushing the load. A tightened strap is also in danger of snapping, which could cause significant negative repercussions. Our tension limiting ratchet assembly is engineered with an innovative ratchet buckle that tightens no more than 300 pounds of tension.

After clicking the pair of durable spring E fittings into the series E logistic track, you use the ratchet to tighten down the 20 feet of durable yellow treated polyester webbing as normal. However, the buckle will not allow the user to exceed the 300 pounds of tension as the handle releases, preventing you from applying anymore force. Able to handle a working load limit of 1,333 lbs., this tie-down assembly gives you enough force to secure your cargo but not enough to cause any damage.
